Disorganized, inaccurate information, and poor support. I have had issues receiving my W2's. Today is March 21, 2017...many contacts...no W2's. Contacting IRS for assistance. Really poor impression of this agency:(

They advertise too much for senior Corp and when I first started with the company they had more jobs available now senior Corp seems to have most of the jobs which they are linked together. Carefamily barely has and clients anymore.

This company constantly thinks outside-the-box, and that is why they seem to come up with new and better ways to provide in-home care to seniors. Great use of technology in an industry that's lagging behind in many ways. Positive outlook among management and staff members. Innovative thinking is encouraged and rewarded.

The less structured office culture can lead to some inefficiencies in-house, but overall the "flat line" reporting structure has worked fine so far. With more growth will likely come the necessity for more structure.
