They force you to do things that are illegal like signing things that you know nothing about and administering narcotics that you aren’t trained on.. they are not properly training workers at all . Some workers arent certified but are forced to give narcotics to keep their job

They don’t pay their employees

If you’re looking for an honest trustworthy company please don’t work here. They “lose” timesheets and will lie about it so they don’t have to pay you. They give you the runaround about your paycheck. They will call you 4 to 6 times a day for you to pick up shifts even if you tell them you’re not available. I’ve never worked for a company to spare before and I’ve been in healthcare for 12 years. Very on organized and unprofessional.

This agency wants you to beg them for work meanwhile they don’t know they need us (HHA/CNA/RN). We don’t need them - they need us, they think they’re the only agency in Florida that they can just talk to their employees like we don’t matter! I got turned off really quick. Especially to the person that checks the credentials! Super unprofessionally RUDE!

Super stressful work environment filled with very unprofessional management. Small scale business with poorly handled corporate decisions. Director is constantly screaming throwing things threatening you, pulling her hair when she is angry. Calling out and scolding employees in the middle of the hallway in front of each other. One day the office manager threw the phone at the wall cursing and screamig. The work load is over the top, you cant begin to figure out how to catch up. The training is minimal with constant threats of you are fired if you don't learn quick enough.
The hardest part of the job was trying to return the next day! While I was there I saw 10 people either quit of get fired... Mind you there is only 6 people in the entire office- unhappiness central.
The turnover is very high. I have been there out of sheer economic need.

I've learned a lot about the facilities and documents needed for caregivers to be up to state standards. I enjoyed working with the caregivers and meeting new people on a daily basis.
When speaking with management, your ideas about your position falls on deaf ears. This company makes it hard to recruit, due to no media attention. The pay for their contractors is very low.
