Make you work more calls for different groups over time without and compensation. Had over 15 groups at one point
1 out 50 calls is a sales call so don’t get used to commission
parking garage is used to store CEOs cars so if it rains tough break you will be getting wet
No bathroom breaks so try to limit liquid consumption

I’ve been with Careington for more than 8 years now and have truly enjoyed building my career here. There’s a company culture of empowerment, which feels rewarding since everyone is encouraged to contribute their ideas and take ownership in what they do. Being privately held is a bonus because we can collectively contribute ideas and quickly put a plan into action, which is a great alternative to the corporate world where micromanagement is common. The holiday schedule is a major bonus as we are closed on most bank holidays, allowing for ample time with family! There’s lots of opportunity for growth here as well. Overall I would highly recommend working here, I refer friends all the time!
