Upper management respects the employees and care about providing the best care possible to all of the patient they serve. Management worked very hard to ensure clinicians safety when the COVID pandemic hit the US and worked hard to support the employees, educate the staff and protect the patient population. They go above and beyond to provide excellent and ethical care. I will never leave this company and plan to retire from Carelink one day.

I clock in go and get my client up. I then cook breakfast, get her medicine and get her showered and dressed for the day. Cleaning and light household duties. Management is awesome and understanding. The hardest part of my job is loosing a client to death. The most enjoyable part of my job is helping my clients and seeing them smile.
