Very best thing about working with this company is making you own schedule. The pay is great right now during a pandemic, being a nurse. least favorite thing about working with this company is they advertise pay within 2 business days, I have over $2000 i have yet to be paid, no one knows anything, my timesheets were signed and turned in, and still nothing. when i do receive my payment, it will be my last payment, because I cant mess around with my money under any circumstances. there are plenty of registries that will pay in a timely fashion. I refuse to be taken advantage of.

Great Company to work for. The exception was when I found out a couple times after showing up for work that someone else was scheduled to work my full shift, or part of my shift scheduled. I also showed up to a worksite once where the patient was not yet available to recieve my services which was another inconvenience.

You may get sent on a job that doesn't exist. Or get scheduled for a job, and when you show up simeone else is already working your shift. So, you have to leave and go back home without any reimbursement, and waisted time.

Its a lot of work especially AM or PM shift but over all you know what u have to do and you go in and do it. Its understandable if your new but after a few days in you'll know where everything is and how the residents are.

Unhappy with all unfairness. But happy I get to do what I live.

A day at work is pretty much the same it okay. What I have learn and notice that I’m paid way less then the numerous people I have referred what CareLinx’s seaman not to understand is we are nurses we network we talk business to get them to work for this company. So yes we share income information. It comes with registry networking. . And have yet to receive my referral money. Management is all over the place I’ve been switch around way to much. When you should have one so they will get to know your work habits as a cna. The culture is fare but pay isn’t. The hardest part of my job is Having 24 yrs experience and to here another person with only a yr exp. makes way more then me. That’s the hard part I love what I do. But getting paid on time and trying to figure out there hard time sheet is very confusing to a lot of people to where people I have referred to CareLinx snf has went to other registries because of payment and timesheets always being rejected. The best part of my job is I like to travel to different facilities meeting new people and patients.
