Additionally, there is a clear path for growth. In spite of the limited spaces in this small company, managers have clearly outlined the requirements and opportunities available for career growth.

Wonderful work environment. All employees have the same strong work ethic. Communication between departments has gotten so much better. This creates an even stronger focus as we all work towards our goal of better patient processing and increasing hospital revenue. The benefits are good and the work, life balance is excellent. Management values thoughts and opinions of everyone regardless of title.

Being such a small company workload can be heavy at times, however, you are compensated for it and it will be recognized.
