Mediocre, I left the job

The pay was okay and the benefits offered such as 401k, PTO
|
The management (I didn’t understand why the VP was rude to me). the system they work out of is not integrated it was really just a horrible system. Management should train staff before leaving them without help. Lots of people left the job, quite a few in my first week alone which was a huge red flag I should’ve known. There’s horrible communication across the departments and obviously my supervisor had her favorites which took two days to notice that there was favoritism on the team. I think from all the bad reviews on here someone can really gather an idea of what the company is like.

Good entry-level work

This is a good place to work if you are looking for a first step into the specialty pharmacy, and overall pharmaceutical/ insurance world. The training is high quality and the management does a good job onboarding.
|
Once you have been there a few months, favorites will be played (mainly based on work ethic). If you a slow learner, this is not the place for you. The work day is long, and not many breaks

Misguided company with terrible management

The office is pretty nice and the coworkers other than managers were great to work with. Its a good company to get a start in the pharmacy industry because they will hire with no pharmacy experience but most likely because anyone with pharmacy experience would never work for them.

This is a company with no leadership that know what they are doing. The managers are people with no qualifications for the jobs that they hold. They have either been promoted because they have been there for a few years, yes only a 2-3 yrs and they are running the place, or are friends with the CEO. The managers constantly gossip about employees and talk behind everyone's back.
I once had a complaint about my manager to bring to HR but was too afraid to say anything because I had already directly witnessed a conversation with my manager and the hr director about another employee that had made a complaint about her and was told immediately that the person had complained about her. Then my manager actually boasted how the person could ever think complaining about her would make anything happen because they didnt matter at all and everyone he complained to was her friend.
I have never been with a company where I felt like if you didn't gossip you were in the minority. No good employees are there for too long because the second they get enough experience they go to a real pharmacy that will give them a chance to succeed in the industry. The managers don't like to talk about people who worked there before because you can quickly tell its a revolving door for entry level workers.
The company is only staying afloat because of their contracts with certain drug programs but trying to sell their "product" is a joke. they offer nothing exclusive or special. They are a being left in the specialty pharmacy game because of their history of fraud and taking a huge step back a couple years ago when the industry was booming. They got left behind when everyone was able to grow. They are clearly struggling for a vision on where they should go

Stop gossiping about your employees and make sure your HR is there to support employees. Come up with a clear concise vision for your future. Don't compete with the national chains. The only thing you have going for you is fast delivery and customer service. The only people that that will matter too is local dr or clinics. Try and corner that market and stream line you company
