The owners Troy and Marty are true entrepreneurs, and have big hearts. Coming to work for people with that energy makes a big difference. The CareMonkey product is fantastic. Customers are truly passionate about the product, and tell you excitedly "I LOVE CAREMONKEY." The people that work at CareMonkey are fantastic. I loved them all. CareMonkey has a relaxed office environment, where you can go play a game of table tennis to get rid of any stress. I wish anyone who works there all the best.

I you love a start-up environment, there are no real cons. You are free to make things happen and get results. If you need lots of structure and consistency, you might struggle. Also, everyone beat me at table tennis every day. They didn't even let me win once in 2.5 years. I will never forgive them for that.

For someone who is not a tech savvy and is used to being spoonfed of information, the work here can be a bit overwhelming. It requires someone who is resourceful and has patience in replicating the issue. You will always find support from everyone, that's for sure, but the learning curve will be much faster and you'll get to know the product much better if you practice self-taught.

I enjoyed 4 really cool years at CareMonkey. In 15+ years of software sales, I've never demo'd/pitched a more awesome product, nor have I worked anywhere that was so understanding to the needs of working parents. Two thumbs up for family values!

A salary package that's geared more towards comms than the security of a chunky base isn't everyone's cup of tea, but....if you think you're a saas sales guru, jump in with both feet, tighten your belt for the first few months while you learn the ropes, and then watch the comms roll in
