It is highly micromanaged. Nobody ever gives you credit for anything you do. It is a Cutthroat company. They have there favorites and if you're not a favorite then they found a way to eliminate you. They like to offer bonuses which is a joke they do not really give bonuses to very many people and they constantly find ways to knock you out of that
