All training has been done at the headquarters in Columbia, MD. The most enjoyable part of the job is that I can work from home. I don't need to wake up and hour and half before work and get ready. The management is extremely resourceful. I work from 8AM to 5PM M-F. I make an estimated 100 outbound calls a day to clients' creditors.
