I enjoyed working with the clients that I received from CarePoint. They are very wonderful people and I enjoyed working with them. The company itself needs to match the clients with the caregivers. They also have a high turnover rate which is not good.

I worked for Carepoint for nearly a year, and the management and office staff were all wonderful people who were professional as well as sincerely caring of their employees. They were thoughtful to send birthday and anniversary cards and gift cards. I truly felt cared about as an employee, and I remain grateful for the opportunity to have worked for them.

If you want no home life or have children do not work for them they care only about the money they bring in from the clients no health benefits at all if your sick you practically have to be dead to have a day off or you will get a write up everything is write ups I do not recommend this company to anyone
