Are plant is like a small community with the big Corp benefits. Everyone I work with or have in the past all have been very good people. A lot of hard working men an woman who will do anything for one another.

Pay should be more for everyone besides APM and PM. Sup down doesn't have the opportunity to negotiate pay and get stuck with below average pay for the work they do. Other business units make way more than the average person in the same field with other companies. Been offered numerous jobs making 20K-30K more for the same or less work.
