Management changes focus often, which leads to few product improvements going live. There's a huge focus on fundraising, and not much on improving the product. Management does not believe in promoting from within.

Great co-workers, built lasting friendships, had fun team building activities throughout the year. Company incorporates many interesting activities for year end celebration (creating videos, a paint by numbers portrait of CEO, etc)

Tends to be a few steps behind on daily run the business activities. Issues often arise from talking behind backs with senior management. Company tends to quickly change processes or business strategies without adequate research which leads to failure more often than not.
