Small organization means you get the opportunity to work with just about everyone in the company. Management changes focus often, which leads to few product improvements going live. There's a huge focus on fundraising, and not much on improving the product. Great co-workers, built lasting friendships, had fun team building activities throughout the year. Company incorporates many interesting activities for year end celebration (creating videos, a paint by numbers portrait of CEO, etc) Tends to be a few steps behind on daily run the business activities. Issues often arise from talking behind backs with senior management.
