The women are all back stabbers. They talk about each other behind their backs and then act like friends.
|
The Executive Director has mental health problems that she refuses to get help with. She talks about the other workers to each other. If you make a mistake, she will reprimand you in front of the other employees. She loves to pit one worker against the other and have them tattle on each other. It is a very unfriendly environment and very cut throat.

During my time at Caring House Inc, I would not recommend anyone to work there. Management is unprofessional and unresponsive to employee and client needs or issues. The most enjoyable part of my job is providing assistance to individuals who can not take care of themselves.

Work Was great I work with mentally challenged and that takes patients
|
A typical day at work would consist of dressing them for bed, making sure they are comfortable. In the morning, shower and dress the clients, make them breakfast, Feed them if needed, When the nurse comes, count and distribute meds to clients. Transport to the day center they goto for a few hours each day I would also make appointments, and transport the clients to the doctors offices if need be.
