At best they have been slow and uninterested in helping to nearly the point of negligince. There are a few incredible professors that care about their research and about teaching. They do provide some good services such as mental health services. But for the most part I found the engineering and work culture to be unpleasant, and the facilities to be outdated. The only negative part is some members of management don’t seem to manage. They were very accommodating when it came to scheduling to ensure there were no conflicts with school. It was also really easy to switch shifts with coworkers when necessary. Able to go home over Christmas break and reading week.
