Coworkers are extremely caring and compassionate. Working through a pandemic is incredibly challenging, especially in the senior care industry, but my coworkers have been so dedicated to keeping our residents safe. You can tell that people are here for the right reasons, from the top of management to the staff on the floor. My manager is flexible and understanding, and I feel like I contribute to something important by working here. As a Plant Operations Manager, one is often taken advantage of and not given the recognition or support they need to do the best they can. Often over looked and continuously given more and more responsibility and no compensation.
