The other staff are there years an can be very ignorant if your in need of some basic advice, which can make the job feel a bit daunting when you're been shunned by other staff, but not all of them just 3 tbh, one other important thing is the other manager she ran the other carmines in blanchardstown and would pop in on occasion to see everything was to her liking seemingly I wasn't an she sacked me for being 2 minutes late on Xmas eve. Shame cause I loved my job an I was very good at it, but unfortunately I wasn't in the 3 amigos gang an they filled her in on everything. Good hours good pay really nice boss. I was hired as a full time busser. I did a good job. They hired a bunch of people with me,and used us for the busy Thanksgiving holiday and weekend. After that we were all let go. A lot of turnover, especially with back of house staff. They provide a free meal for everyone at the beginning of every shift!
