Everyone fired within a few months

A good team, a nice office and a friendly working environment.

Upper management clearly had no idea what has happenning, The IT team got cleared out and a few months later everyone else had to go. Awful timing as some people were told on during summer holidays.

- Team or company events are held pretty often in comparison to other startups that I know of
- Great HR team on board
- The opportunity to work alongside very smart, driven individuals

- Expect to work long, long hours with no overtime (to be fair it is stated in the contract that the sum amount of salary per month covers all e.g. long hours, weekends, etc.)
- Not enough transparency in terms of what is going on and which direction is the company aiming to take

I got a lot of responsibilities and a lot of trust from my supervisor from the day one, which was extremely encouraging. I learned a lot, and wouldn't be where I am right now if it wasn't for Carmudi, my supervisor and the people working here. There's nearly 60 people of close to 40 different nationalities, so you get to learn about different cultures, styles of working, and thanks to it improve your communication skills and broaden horizons. Sharing knowledge is very common, so you can benefit from the great professionals here. The chemistry is great, becoming friends is super easy. It's one of those companies where also the IT department is really fun and social. Hanging out in the office with your co-workers on Friday evenings quickly becomes a nice habit.

The Managing Directors know the business, yet lack some people skills. They've put a lot of efforts in improving a lot of things (e.g. transparency) - successfully, but there's still a room for progress.
