Some employees are kind hearted and hardworking, putting great effort into improving the work culture. Tall hierarchal organizational structure with very low transparency. Upper management is disliked by most but seems to lack awareness. Although lower level managers are very much reasonable, higher-ups such as VPs often tend to have self-important condescending attitudes despite contributing little value.
