Very people-oriented and flexible organization. Treating people like people is a top priority.

We are a lean company and lean team - you may be required to wear a lot of different hats that you may not expect. Definitely need to be a self-starter!

Great Company, subpar management.
Excellent team oriented culture, great for younger people looking to spring into Education Tech.
Management is extremely bias and will show favoritism. At times very unorganized and sporadic.

Poor Management
Pay is fair. Remote work is possible. Some employees are kind hearted and hardworking, putting great effort into improving the work culture.
Tall hierarchal organizational structure with very low transparency. Upper management is disliked by most but seems to lack awareness. Although lower level managers are very much reasonable, higher-ups such as VPs often tend to have self-important condescending attitudes despite contributing little value. These individuals are often quite out of touch when it comes to subject matter and other elements of operations.

Put less emphasis on the organization chart or switch to a flatter model. As it currently exists, the model leads to unnecessary office politics and posturing that causes pointless conflict as everyone fights to climb the corporate ladder.
I hope things improve for the sake of the talented and competent individuals who work here and often go underappreciated.
