Car Next Door is a great place to work. They offer a lot of flexibility, remote work and ownership in the work that you do. Although the company has grown quite fast I’m the last couple of years, there’s still a feeling of a small company where no one is a number and everyone has a chance to express their opinion.

There's so many great things about working for Car Next Door - but here's some of the main ones for me:
Flexibility - management are really flexible when it comes to remote working, and this allows me to enjoy a semi-nomadic lifestyle whilst benefitting from the security and sense of belonging that come from being permanently employed.
Passion - employees at all levels of the company are genuinely passionate about delivering the company values of 'freeing the world of the one person one car mentality'.
The company does great things - It's pretty hard to find anything bad to say about the service we offer and the impact this has on improving the planet.

If I ever decide that the time has come to move on (for career progression etc) it will be so difficult to find anywhere as good as this - for the reasons outlined above.

For WFH staff, time difference can be a challenge BUT definitely it can be managed and the response time from colleagues in different countries/city is not that fast compared to working in the same office. Nevertheless, these are just minor matters.

I can't think of a "con" as such. My biggest learning curve coming from a bigger company to a smaller one was the number of different systems there are but after a few weeks, they were easy to get a handle on.

Fast Paced and changes implemented regularly, alot to work on and improve processes in different areas. May be a pro for many people! It is for me but could not think of a con :) But must be able to keep up and adapt quickly.
Pay pretty base level for customer service and sales roles do not have bonuses/commission but positive environment definitely compensates for this!

Pyrmont transport is a little difficult to get to but I've been here for over 2 years and you just get used to it.
