There are no pros......maybe the company car
|
Can't make a living on what they pay. What they said you would make and the actual numbers are quite different. Tyrant for a sales mgr. ruled by intimidation. Met every rep when I worked there, and they are all miserable. Many many years in this industry......and never was sworn at with every other word the "F" word.
The goals set were unreachable. They also charge for the sample books. A designer can open an account with 20 other fabric lines and receive free books.

Do what you say you will do. Lies will always come to fruition and quit penalizing your employees. Employees forced to use your tools should include insurance for phone & iPad repair, data overages and when a company vehicle is broken into on a company trip - personal items bought specifically for business should of been submitted to insurance or reimbursed. This is by for the worst company I have EVER worked for in this regard. My salary was also 1/2 of what you promised and considerably less than the 'base' I was told and have in writing.
