Williams Advertising. There is no sense of teamwork or inclusion unless you are on the creative team. The whole focus is around money rather than driving innovation and client satisfaction. Williams Advertising Account Management Oakland, CA CAN A Truly Creative Agency As I think about the work culture of Carol H. Williams Advertising (known as CHWA), some of the adjectives that come to mind are: truly creative, family-oriented, people that love great advertising and are passionate about it. There are of course other words like days that can be crazed but in a good way and hard working all nighters, but there's always snacks and wine when you wish it into existence because these folks work hard and play hard. Most agencies the size of Carol H. Williams' agency have either strengthened or gone away. She's been in business since 1986 and still going strong. And I'm not surprised why. Some folks can't fly this high but they are well worth the trip... Managed all photos shoot details for over 15 clients, shoot budgets, schedules, provided the best creative professionals per project.It was challenging working at Carol H.
