Es una multinacional gestionada de la manera más arcaica y obsoleta que he visto en toda mi trayectoria profesional. El trato humano es cero, además tienen una rotación de personal y cantidad de bajas muy preocupante.
El servicio postventa al cliente es vergonzoso, la calidad no va acorde a los precios (así podemos ver año tras año, perder clientes).
La dinámica de trabajo es látigo y amenazas, fomentan la competencia agresiva y egoista entre los vendedores. Hay CERO formación, es todo un búscate la vida, algo alarmante teniendo en cuenta que se vende "lujo".
Los puestos de responsabilidad dejan muchísimo que desear, los buenos profesionales del sector ya escapan de esta empresa, con lo cual los que tenemos no están preparados. Hay una altísima rotación en estos puestos, o los echan o se van.

Ok place to start luxury retail

Not the best place, but its a start into luxury retail. Pay is low, and commission is low. But its a foot in the door. I would advise to start here and leave to another luxury retail store as soon as you have enough experience. 2 months minimum in my opinion.
