Morrisville, NC USA Leadership is PAST DUE for clean sweep As the title suggests, all problems start at the top. Leadership is stuck in 1987. They think that yelling and pounding the table will make them top leaders....Leadership allows and promotes managers to lie to customers and other employees. You are expected to lie, cheat, steal, sell you soul, etc to get the deal signed. Compensation plans are “pie in the sky” typed up and you are forced to sign. All leadership cares about is numbers so they can get THEIR bonuses! If that screws you out of yours...they will tell you they are concerned and ACT like they are going to bat for you....again, more lies. COS was part of Global Imaging Systems out of Tampa Florida. I managed a wholly owned subsidiary with office throughout NC and SC. Management was highly respected and offered many ways to advance and become better at your job.
