The biggest isn't the best. They tout themselves on training (like all brokerages do) and their tools offered but they are one of the least technically advanced brokerages. Plus it's extra charge to agent. You will see their signs all over town but that doesn't really mean anything to the client. Splits to the company are very high.

The company is focused on creating long term income earners by doing activities with the the largest return on investment and dollars/hour. You will not be given leads and your income will be determined by your effort. However, you will also not be making cold calls or other low return sales tactics. They focus on creating value for your clients, not chasing commissions. Creating value will lead to referrals and a business that will last for years. This is what their training is centered around. Although many will claim to offer training no other firm in the market even touches their training. And no other firm actually makes their culture a priority. Despite their lower commission split than other companies you will earn more here if you follow their system. The highest income earners in the market are at Carolina One. If you're looking for training as a new agent this the the firm you want. If you're looking for a company that is active socially and in the community this is it. There is literally no reason to join on with any other company. If you're chasing money or looking for something more in a real estate firm Carolina One has it. I often thought if somebody didn't join Carolina One they're just not worth having on the team. As a new agent it may be hard to know which company is the right fit but if you don't do a little research, don't look at actual numbers (if income is a priority) maybe you shouldn't be with the best company in the market.

Positive Family Attitude... but low pay

This company has an amazing positive attitude and really supports its realtors. But staff is underpaid. There is no way you could live off this income in the area. Also, they promote some people based on "looking the part".

Very Professional, Productive and fun and relaxed atmosphere . A typical day would be to answer phones, greet clients and get them comfortable in one of our conference rooms. I learn something new every day. Management is so approachable and helpful. Everyone is always so happy and relaxed. The only Pros that I have is there is not a full time position
