The management does not have any respect for its employees. They'll simply use you and spit you out when their work is done. Managers are very uncooperative and despite being a start-up the senior management is terribly lazy and they assign all the work to other employees. The co-founders are spineless, they do not have any ethics or moral value. Internet - A fast internet really gets more out of people. 4. Vision - The idea is simple and yet there is a whole fragmented market that carpathy is looking to standardize. 5. Learning - With full visibility of all departments, anyone can learn anything here. | Like any other company, carpathy is also full of cons and atleast it's out in the open to discuss and fix. Sometimes our services are not flawless. We work very hard but sometimes thing don't work in the right way. We face backlash like any other company and that's the biggest con in a services company. The 2nd con is that we are a startup. This is a con because startups get the most out of you but in doing that we work long hours, sometimes our work becomes our life.
