Management was mostly positive, Willing to help you in anyway, Backing you and your decisions, The only wrong decision is one not maid, Making quick decisions and standing behind them, Is the best way, If it turns out to be a wrong one, Quickly decide that, adapt and come up with new answers or solutions, That do accomplish the task, Moving flooring! The hardest part is self motivating, I am very familiar with motivational tactics, Most employers try to make you feel uncomfortable in an effort to motivate employees, I respond poorly to this, I am my own hardest critic, If we are both pressuring me, I tend to think, It's not working here, Time to move on! My motivation and the most enjoyable part of any job,The Art of the Sale, There is no feeling like making a large ticket sale, WAWHO! I just put $3k in my pocket, Got to Love that!
