The Friday night biweekly get together is fine, but, naturally, it's organized by the staff, not management, thus, it is fine. Note: this is staff attended, barely saw an attorney attend.

If you have significant experience, be prepared to be micromanaged by insecure partner who will meddle into your areas of expertise and be rude and arrogant as well.
