I am very sorry that we couldn't meet your expectations. Since we are a fast growing company it wasn't always easy to keep realizing new employee initiatives. Luckily, since March 2019 we are having a 3rd HR person on board to support us in learning and talent development. \r\nI think that the offer that we are having for our employees in terms of well being (healthy snacks, fruit, fitness, yoga...), more flexibility and options for home office are very much appreciated. A lot of opportunity to grow within the company and a lot of diversity. The company is growing so fast that the desk space is a little bit limited at the moment.
