A powerful purpose that drives social and interactive customer experiences with a human touch both online and in the physical world.</em></p><p>The Quality Inspector will support the Site operations in performing product inspections throughout the facility by ensuring all customer requirements are sufficient throughout the production lifecycle.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do as a </strong><strong>Quality Inspector</strong><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Inspect product and data collection for various processes (machines) based on intervals set forth by quality procedures.</li><li>Report inspection findings (good vs bad) in the form of data entry, paper forms and email correspondence.</li><li>Perform first article inspection (Display Check) and crate inspection report using Word and Excel</li><li>Able to read and interpret Job Tickets and Manufacturing Plans</li><li>Able to conduct testing based on documented procedures</li><li>Perform incoming inspection against material specs to determine product compliance</li><li>Assist Quality Supervisor with determining root cause for customer complaints during the investigation process</li><li>Follow organizations safety guidelines</li><li>Check to make sure tools and equipment required to run a job are in place and being utilized, as well as within the calibration cycle</li><li>Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists</li><li>Perform accurate counts (inventory, samples)</li><li>Day to day positive interaction with operators and supervisors, as well as various levels of management</li><li>Effectively communicate and proactively address any product or process issues with operators/supervision, and follow up on corrections</li><li>Assist the organization during ISO and other 3<sup>rd</sup> party audits by answering to auditor questions</li><li>Assist the organization with performing vendor sign offs (local vendors only)</li><li>Recommend changes in SOP’s, production standards, and other actions that will improve operations based on floor experience</li><li>Ability to train others</li><li>Willing to self-teach, or attend workshops and seminars to obtain Quality Certifications to be able to advance</li></ul><p><strong>We’re looking for a Quality Inspector with:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma, Associates Degree a plus</li><li>1 or more years’ experience in a manufacturing or printing environment</li><li>Corrective action and internal audit experience a plus</li></ul><p><strong>Physical requirements/working conditions:</strong> </p><p>Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space (climate controlled). The Quality Engineer will also establish metrics to monitor effectiveness of processes and adjust as necessary. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a strong collaborative partnership with cross-functional team members.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do as a Quality Engineer:</strong></p><ul><li>Complete quality-related functions in a timely and accurate manner.
