Not much hope for advancement unless there is structural changes, or someone leaves higher up leaves.
Much of the work is reactionary, which doesn't give you much exposure to actual system administration and true planning.
New management doesn't actually know how to manage, teach, or inspire to do better and grow.

Stressfull clients.
There seems to be a churn of techs where they find a reason to get rid of you after you clearly should be getting a raise.

Cartwheel is growing, and we'd love for you to apply and join our team.
But Cartwheel is not perfect (notice the 4-star rating I gave it). We're a pretty-close knit bunch, and genuinely like each other. As a Managed Service Provider, we face challenges in keeping everyone happy and motivated when the workload gets heavy.
We think most people enjoy working here. And while we're constantly working to improve Cartwheel, the credit for making it a good place to work goes not to management, but to the employees here, who are on the whole generous with their time, help, and good attitude.
