I've also worked with some awesome clients who will make you forget that you're actually at work. The hours are extremely flexible and I was always able to pick and adjust times to fit my schedule. The flexibility also allowed me to take off time whenever I needed to do so, even at the last minute. The pay was a few dollars lower than what I was originally told I would be making for working with a certain age group, which in this position means that you'll need another job or two on the side to support yourself. They really do believe in their motto. They believe in giving promotions from within the company before hiring outside. The pay is average to above average for most positions compared to other local agencies. They pay for all required training and are willing to train the "right" candidate with no prior experience which is a huge plus. Great Clients and huge opportunities to work in many different settings. There is, at times, a disconnect in the communication somewhere between the main office and homes and/or locations served. I was told I would get a raise after the first 3 months and never got it.
