I've been with Cascade for over 3 years. No company is without its flaws, but I really think Cascade is a pretty fair and positive place to work. They've really done well in their efforts to improve their employee's experience over the last couple years. I feel like they really do care about their employees. I prefer a plush, corner office with a view. IT is overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated. Requirements do not exist and it will be tech's fault for not reading minds. Management will quickly throw people under the bus in order to save their own skin.
