Great job if you’re younger and looking to gain some good transferable skills. A lot of office politics, poor work/life balance, major lack of diversity especially in upper management, discriminatory practices, lack of opportunity for growth. Many reviews written sound like they came straight from the company. This isn’t a horrible company to work for, there is worse, but they aren’t great either. I’d imagine you have an easier time moving up the ranks if you are not a minority. The leasing agent position would become less of a revolving door.
