I really like the job. It'd be nice to earn more money. The benefits make up for the low wage. 401k, pto, insurance

Pay more. They reduce their fixed salary costs to cover employee benefits. I would encourage them to focus on increases employee costs because they have done great ones.

-Incredible industry in the best Niche.
-They have great long term customers based on service given in the past though many have left them recently.

-Poorly managed.
-A lot of unhappy employees that are overworked and underappreciated(the ones that aren't family) but feel trapped by an aggressive non-compete.
