Great people to work with and a great environment. The only issue I had was that some employees are allowed to work from home but others are not with no rules on why it is like that.

Pay is on the low end and not a lot of opportunity for movement or pay increase. on a year to year basis the bonuses are small and no raise is given. Management spends excess revenue in ways other than salaries.

This company was once a great company and still has the potential to be great.
The old and proven core product is great with newer peripheral products left wanting by customers and end users. Caselle is a family company and operates with those pros and cons.
