A nice office and the branding looks very attractive and fun

The office is really quiet and there is not company culture, everyone is communicating digital and there is no room for real talks. The Marketing Department is actually a kind of factory of sending messages to Influencers. Would not recommend to apply for a job here.

- No long term goals were communicated to staff, teams main job revolves around satisfying the CEO's daily impulsive decision making.
- CEO's communication style was aggressive edging on abusive at times. Lacks respect to staff.
- No clear roles and responsibility defined. I was assigned tasks that has nothing to do with my employed role.
- Lacks basic tools / software for staff to perform in jobs.
- Overall a very timid working environment and culture.
