Learning is okay if you are just starting your career.

The tech leadership’s top priority is to know how many days people are coming to office. It should be encouraged, but tracking the percentages, questioning the employees instead of keeping performance as a core parameter shows immense lack of trust in people.
No matter how well you perform, it feels like you are being policed all the time.
Have also heard that ratings are being decided based on the attendance. Are we in school?

- Makes zero effort to modify their thinking. Stiff as a board
- Not keen on inviting or answering questions. Happy as a clam when people just nod without questioning
- Overflowing with sarcasm
- Gets annoyed when faced with difference of opinion.
