The different individuals I worked with were amazing. Thoughtful, cultured and kind. My overall experience was positive. My largest issues were with management. However, that is not something unique to my experience. Throughout the year in my department, more than 6 people had cycled through and within the company, more than 20 had cycled through. This speaks to a management issue. The common theme I have heard expressed spoke to the lack of development and onboarding from management.
