The economic favorableness for this business type is largely out of the hands of management, but increasing decision speed could help a lot. I am grateful to have been retained through the pandemic and given the opportunity to continue a hybrid work schedule. I made many life-long personal connections here and hope to work with my fellow laid-off team members again some day...wherever they end up.

Bad hours.
Health insurance is a joke, no dr takes it, doesn't cover labor and delivery at all, amongst other things.
They will fire you for bs reasons.
I was laid off and they wouldn't pay me out my unused PTO even through they paid out for a different employee.
With the lay off they told me I had to work the next 2 weeks to qualify for unemployment, which is not lawful.
Too difficult to use vacation time b.c only 1 employee or manager can request off for the same time within the se district, DMs can't take off if their RM or other DMs take of on the same day
Maternity leave is ONLY 2 WEEKS! Even though per DR you can't drive for 4 weeks. AND you have to use all your vacation time to stay out longer

Payout unused vacation time for laid off employees.
Provide fully paid for maternity leave based on the DR rules.
Follow laws around allowing breastfeeding mothers to pump and allot more time to get their job done.
Provide better NHT and maybe you would have better and more knowledgeable employees

None - there is not a single redeeming quality I can think of

I cannot put into words how heartbreakingly heartless this company is in how it treats its employees. Next to NO vacation, next to NO maternity leave, NO team building, NOTHING - they are down to the wire greedy and will treat you like dirt. You will be lured in - they have a great hiring team who will send automated messages saying 'I think you'd be a great fit' to make you think like you have been hand picked for this role, and then you will be sold a story of all the 'big change' that is on the horizon with their 'growing team' - do not trust it for a second. I wish I had listened to the other reviews before joining. I can't take that back. All I can do is forewarn - the money just isn't worth it.
