I feel Castle is a company most people dream of working for. The benefits, the investment in the culture and making sure the employee is always being taken care of and supported is at the top of most, if not everyone's list, of why to work for a corporation. This is exacly what I feel like working for Castle. All of my expectations have been exceeded and then some.

I love being apart of a company that cares so deeply about the health and wellness of patients. Castle also values their employees and allows great work life balance. The leadership and collaboration between departments is second to none. It is rare to find a company that not only encourages feedback but follows through. There are many opportunities for growth as long as you are willing to put in the effort. Hands down the best company I’ve ever worked for.

They don’t promote within to outside sales, they do promote to management positions if you’re popular and hang out with the director outside of work. Management had no previous experience and had no business managing anyone they talk to people poorly and talk negatively about their employees to other employees. Lacks professionalism in every manner. Consistently cutting bonus potential
