Good work/life balance! Pleasant office environment with staff who are really engaged in their work. Management and C-Suite actually take the time to listen to employee opinions and concerns, and although it's impossible to make everyone happy, there is a consistent commitment to internal growth and improvement.

The only con I can think of is that we have pastries and food in the office all the time and it's hard to resist the temptation to eat!
