Sales force sells on price and is exposed to any competition that exhibits modern professional sales skills. Management lacks executive presence and diversified background to bring the transformational change the company needs within an outdated commoditized industry.

Pays the bills. You get pto but is very difficult to accumulate time. Has benefits and retirement but nothing special.

No bonuses, horrible boss , company doesn’t care about its employees. If there is something else you are considering doing I suggest you do that.
