In my time at cedar I learnt time management and delegation, and also how to deal with any situation. The workplace culture felt like we were all a big family, we had fun and jokes with each other but got work done efficiently. Management was very flexible but had there own duties so we were left to our own devices most day, when there was a problem we were expected to deal with the problem ourselves which gave us experience with dealing with angry customers. The hardest part of the job would be if there was an issue regarding an order, i would have to personally rectify the issue by either searching for the order or calling the correct companies or couriers that may have the order so i would be able to get an ETA or find out what the issue was.
