Could be a good company to work only if..
|
|
-straight forward jobs
- good exposure and experience to cell culture
|
- due to employees leaving frequently, extra burden to the rest of the employees and management not respecting and hearing from them
- one department trying always to control, interefere, provoke other departments or influence another department to create or bring chaos to other department
- ideas are welcome only if coming for big title holders, so no sense of working together to solve problem, no accountablity, rude towards others.
- management only hearing from one side and taking decisions based on that

Very rude and unprofessional people. Management is terrible and unfortunately the associates are always talking behind your back like kids. Very very very dishonest people. No science in this place and even the people there. No scientist or product development group. Someone needs to shut this place down.

Although job responsibilities are pre-specified, employees are encouraged to take advantage of opportunities that interest them and support their long term goals and aspirations. Great work life balance--Celltex is generous with flexibility in work hours, leave and holidays. Manufacturing works on a 5 day schedule with no night shifts unlike other manufacturers. Employees are recognized for their efforts and contributions through bonuses and promotions. The team at Celltex is very close and makes you feel at home which makes work fun. Diversity is encouraged and non U.S. citizens are supported.

Employee benefits could be better. Insurance plans are quite expensive especially with dependents. No stock options in place to retain employees long term.

An extremely unnecessarily strict company - policies are ridiculous. Management is extremely unorganized, with two heads leading the team and running in opposite directions. During conferences, when questioned about their failed stem cell infusions, they are defensive and rude and do not have any scientific evidence to prove their claim.

Good location in the city, free garage parking. Good start in the medical industry. Exposure to strict FDA regulation.

Some colleagues are gossiping too much and make a big deal of small mistakes. Lower management taking unethical decisions, favoring certain employees over others.
People talking behind other's backs, creating a division within own group, benefiting dishonest employees and alienating good ones who just want to focus on work. Salary to workload is uneven.
