Been there 2 years and there is room to move up/around, but you have to work for it. I’ve heard some of the supervisors in other departments aren’t as “nice”, but I have met several supervisors from other departments and they all seemed fine to me, but in K12 I have really enjoyed my job. They do quarterly bonuses based on performance (not hard to get) and Cengage (when we were in the office) did events for us all the time and would have food trucks and other treats for us to keep us motivated during our busy seasons. Overall, really enjoy the job. Also, when COVID got really bad back in March of 2020, they had us all working from home in 4 days, we had all of our necessary equipment ready, and didn’t have to stop business, it was very seamless. Management is poor. Whatever you ask, they simply ignore you. My experience there is horrendous and vowed to never step foot to this place. Only one break room is actually enclosed while the other is close to machines/conveyors. It's interesting enough that security in this place is joke because there is no security, that I'm aware of. Don't let the title of job fool you. I started off packing and was told that some of the veteran workers stayed in packing for months until they can pick. Is it exhausting to pack and they are strict about the packing process.
