They have no concept of what they are doing. They had me drive to a place 2 hours away the day before. I saw ONE patient and they wanted me to stay overnight the next day. I drove home that night. The patient I saw has a spouse covered by the same insurance company but she wasn’t scheduled to be seen. I questioned them about that and they couldn’t really answer the question blaming the insurance company for the glitch. I also complained about the lack of patients I was being asked to see. I had previously driven 4 hours each way to see only 10 patients over 3 days.
