Them work entailed visitng Medicare Advantage patients in their homes. Sheduling was overly tight, and at times impossible. Doing a medical history/physical and reviewing medications often required more time than allotted. Only negative feedback from medical director.

This job is great if you are looking for a way to supplement your income. While they pay less per visit than companies that provide similar services, they do provide a rental car. If patients cancel, you don't get paid. More than once I drove to a pt's house who reported they called in to cancel; however, I was not privy to this information. It is very difficult to speak with a supervisor regarding scheduling and other issues. When I have called, my calls were never returned, even if I declared in the message I had an urgent issue. My supervisor only sent me an email in response, which in my opinion, shows lack of concern and professionalism. On one occasion, upper mgmt. did not even return my phone call via phone nor email. All things considered, if you are looking for a job that is stress free and allows you to control your schedule, consider applying here.

No genuine concern for quality for either providers or patients

My recruiter routinely ignores calls or emails. Although I'm available for far more visits a day, more commonly I'm offered an average of five visits per day and hope nobody cancels. The routing makes no sense, unlike with other companies providing the same service — I might drive far away only to loop back to the same neighborhood, or I'll have a two-hour gap between visits, and it's up to me to attempt to reschedule patients.
Compensation is NOT competitive. This is bottom-of-the-barrel pay for this line of work; I make almost twice as much per visit with a different company. They are willing to pay for a rental car, but I'd prefer to drive my own vehicle and be paid better.
Censeo's advantages are that they are so careless that it's a low-hassle job with administration, and the work's been consistent in my area.

It was a contract job, with poor communication. this job required me to go to homes in various location and do health assessments for medicare patients. the most enjoyment of this job at first was the convenient of self scheduling which they do not do anymore. good entry level job as an FNP if you don't mind driving all over Houston, TX. the people scheduling do not live in Houston, so your first assessment could be 10 minutes from your house, and the second one an hour away, i mean "Come on".
