Micromanagement is a huge issue, along with miscommunication throughout the office. If you have a question or an issue, the director and VP (who are both passive aggressive) will point fingers at each other. You're required to work more than 40 hours a week (4 hours of calling, plus weekend shifts) with already low pay (30,000-35,000) and no additional compensation.
