No micro-managing from leader, the brother of the owner is a genuine person and works hard for Geoff, secret shopper rewards were generous, some managers are great leaders, most people are nice and try hard to pull their own weight.
|
All Geoff cares about is his public image what you see online is not what you will get in person. He is money hungry at the detriment to his restaurant's quality. Golf less, Work more, Geoff...and maybe say thank you once in awhile or lend a helping hand in the restaurants.
Tries hard but always have financial restraints holding them back from doing what is really needed in a variety of areas from facility maintenance to employee compensation and benefits.
Always short staffed because of the above. Money is not competitive.

Consistent expectations and high standards but also a willingness to listen to employees and make changes. Always trying to improve. Gives second and sometimes third chances for employees who make mistakes.

Pay could be better. Uniforms aren't flattering for servers. Benefits for all could be more but this is a small company so it's understandable.
